For Sale:
12 Barred Ohiki/ fly tie hatching eggs (crele & barred ginger)

Will Ship To: united states

We are offering a dozen of our ohiki/flytie project birds' hatching eggs. If anyone is interested they will be $60 a dozen. We will ship them via priority mail. Shipping will be $15. Eggs will be fresh and we have excellent fertility here. I do not guarantee hatching eggs as I am not able to control how the postal service handles them. I will pack them to the best of my ability and make sure they are the freshest possible eggs. Payment can be made via U.S. Postal Money order. Thanks.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

I am wondering how the webbing is on these birds and also if you have a barb per inch or half inch.  Are the feathers shiny?  What is the saddle feather count and length of the average saddle?  I know alot of questions but I am a breeder of Genetic hackle and if it is what I am looking for I may be interested.  Also could you post a picture of the hackle?

I don't raise them for fly tying. I actually have them for the color. So I don't know a thing about fly tying. The saddles on the rooster are about 10 inches long at their longest. They are still growing as the rooster is young (2011 hatch). The feathers do have some what of a shine to them depending on the lighting. Have not counted the saddles. The feathers are very fine and not stiff at all.. I will post pics of the hackle feathers, but the camera did not focus well. webbing? barbs?

Yes I would like to try a dozen. It may be a little early to ship this far north, but shipping eggs is a gamble anyhow. If They don't hatch I hope you will sell me another dozen later. Thanks Cal
