hen or rooster? - Page 2

I'm not sure what kind. they are a mix of some sort.  The other rooster's legs have feathers on them so maybe part silkie or other such thing. I know the friends we got them from have a silkie rooster but I'm not sure what other kinds of bantams. I'm hoping the hen has some good broody genes though!

My sweet puppy, Maggie (1yo), 3 adorable baby pet rats, Darby, Lilah, and Faye, 3 cats, 2 bunnies, a goldfish named Ghoti (pronounced "Fish"), 1 Khaki Campbell duckling, 1 Magpie duckling, and lots and lots of chickens!

Do you think, Broody? idunno.gif

I'm not that familiar with oegbs... These don't look tall enough to me.

I don't know if this is a realistic question but do any of you think whatever breed they are that the hen has a good chance of going broody? I really want a broody hen and I'm hoping she's good at it. That's why I got them.

I've heard that OEGB are really good broodies/mothers. So it's worth a try.

I'm crossing my fingers! fl.gif

I want a broody so bad! I do not want to always have to incubate chicks myself.
