Hard to tell body type from the picture, but is it possible she's a mix?  I'm thinking maybe a buff Plymouth Rock/Cochin mix.  Her feet don't really have full Cochin feathering.

Will she get much bigger?  She is in with 6 others, bought at the same time any they are twice her size.Chickens 1-22-12 009.jpg

She looks like a bantam Buff Cochin. She might get a little bigger, but not much.
