The only potential problem spots I see are easy fixes. The round dowel for your lamp clip is a high risk for swiveling down, causing the lamp to be deep into the brooder. That could be a fire hazard or create a heat issue for chicks. I'd recommend a 2x4 in place of the dowel if you have one laying around. Any flat board would do, just so it can't roll and re-position into a problem.
The water and food being in the corner/near the edge will end up with chicks kind of piling into the corners and between the feeder and the wall. They rate those little units for about a dozen birds, but for that to work they need access to the full outside edge of it.
Otherwise I think you've got a nice easy clean space!
