Here are the winners from the Raffle... I used a random number generator online to pick the winning tickets.. We had a great turnout (around 300) gave away 200 chicks to 4H kids and everyone had a good time.. Matthew B. a local 9 year old (almost 10) 4Her won the Greenfire eggs. I'll post pictures later but right now I need to go feed everything before dark... Estes Hatchery has donated 100 chicks & Pine Pride Hatchery has donated 50 chicks to the Rocky Mountain Chickenstock!! I'll also be getting at least 6 dozen eggs from Scientific Learning Resources that I'll hatch and we will be giving all the chicks away to 4-H kids to raise for the fair.
Candlewood Suites has graciously donated several suites to the event. We will be auctioning off the suites on BYC for someone to use when they come or at any time during the next 12 months. They are also offering a discount rate for anyone who is coming, call 208-525-9800 to book and you just need to ask for the Chickenstock rate of $79.99..
