Broody Roo?

so one of my roosters has a new thing.........

 

  first of all hes a ameracauna/jersey giant cross

 

 he wont get off  the eggs in the box.....he has 6 of them right now and wont leave them alone if i try to take them from him he bites the crap out of me..

 he also wont let any of the hens in that particular box hes been on these egss for 3 days now and wont get up...i tried pushin him off but to no avail he just jumps back in and sits back down!

 

 anyone ever seen this before??....i'll try to get a pic of him doin this if i can

U certain it's a roo?

 

I was certain Marylou was a hen...he's proved me very wrong.

 

Let us know what happens. Very curious!

well hes around 18 months and looks like a rooster  cockadoodledooo...definetly a roo

he's always jumpin my hens.....now i just have to figure out how to upload a picture...i got him off the eggs...and got a pic of him crowing
