We acquired this beautiful boy recently and mmmm, mmm, he's kicking the crap out of our other rooster. We don't know what his breed is and the person we acquired him from does not know either. We were told the rooster simply showed up over the guys house and the neighbors were threatening to shoot him and the guys wife couldn't stand the thought of it. They gave him to us.

What do ya think? He is gorgeous, black, white, gold/yellow, and I think a green is on him too.

Sorry to tell you, but that is not what he is, note the difference in his hackle feathers? his are yellow with a little bit of black while the oegs are white or a pure yellow. He is a typical EE rooster coloring, a very nice one though.

my new rule: If one's a roo, replace it with two!
