cockerel for sure. I had some late bloomers, too, that had me confused for forever. I think we get so hopeful that they're actually girls that we can't see obvious signs on our own birds that we easily spot on someone else's!

Wendy, chemist, mama to 4 human children, a crazy Husky/Australian Shepherd cross dog, a cat, several fish, bunnies, 17 goats, and our ever growing flock of chickens, ducks, turkeys, and geese.

My oldest son is breeding BBS Orps! Looking for breeding stock!

I was thinking pullet.  I guess you'll know soon enough.

Enjoying my chicken flock since Oct. 2010.  Silkies, Sizzle, Salmon Faverolle, Bantam Cochin, Frizzle Cochin, Silver-laced Wyandottes, Buff Brahma, Polish.  I also have 2 cats, 1 amazing husband, and 3 rugrats (Sarah 14, Ashley 7 and Ryder 3).

Look's like a pullet to me.

wife to long suffering husband who has built more miles of fence, barns, coops and enclosures then one man should have to, two teenage boys, current flock of 13 assorted hens and 1 big red roo, 2 goats, 2 dogs, 4 cats, 2 bunnies and 1 cockatiel.

Thanks everyone!! 1 vote for cockerel and 7 for pullet. It would be great if she is indeed a pullet. That would bring it up to 5 LO pullets in this pen :)

All the others are obvious at this stage while this one has me changing my mind every other day. No one in the pen is laying yet but should be any day.
