So this was sent out successfully. Once email leaves the system, we can't really diagnose where it goes from there, but it's being sent successfully.
The other email address is also working. There have only been 4 notifications sent to this email.
In both of these cases the emails are being sent properly. If they are not receiving them, it's due to something that occurs after the email has left our systems, like a spam filter or similar.
So, this is where things get really tricky. Once an email leaves our system we have a lot less control over what happens to it.
We'll keep digging into this, but in the interim:
- Triple check your spam filters to make sure emails are not in there. Search for the email address subscriptions@backyardchickens.com. Example, in gmail search: "from:subscriptions@backyardchickens.com"
- Add the following address to your email address book (helps show you want the emails from this account): subscriptions@backyardchickens.com
- Contact you email service provider and see if they can trace why emails from the address have not been delivered
