Some things to consider:

The membrane around the egg, just inside the shell, helps keep bacteria out. 

The egg shell has bacteria on it.

The container you put the egg into should be sterile, and I think you should sterilize the egg shell before you add it.

I think the growth of bacteria is what is making the white so cloudy.

I think it would be difficult to do this experiment in an aseptic manner, but I think that is what you'd need to be able to do.

well your quite the little scientist..its an interesting project, eventually could have practical applications..the only thing i cant figure out is there is a little suspension cord in the egg . sort of stabalizes yolk and the shell protects internals from outside world that it isnt ready for just yet..and keeps in some sort of a shape...im kind of wondering how they can pip out this also..i guess we shall all see as you progress with it.. i t makes me think how profoundly wonderful god made things..
