Mahonri's 3rd Annual, BYC Easter Hatch-a-long! - Page 1088

I am not sure that is the right link, it doesn't start until the 20th?  Just curious about how many hatched (those that were reported that is)

Home of the world's cutest dachshund, one crazy blue heeler, two cats,
one fat pony, and many (but not too many!) chickens

Can anyone tell me, how many are too many chickens?

See the post above yours for the number.

What link are you talking about?

Good for you guys for sticking to the rules....  you have to or less it goes to pot and a lot of people are unhappy - including you all.

Congratulations to Silkymom1986

(color me green....but I bet my hubby is glad I guesses too high lau.gif  )

But

I am curious of the total as it sits now.....  What is the total hatch reported so far?

This is the first hatch-a-long that I have followed from early on all the way through.  I am shocked at the participation.

Sadly we will never know the real number of hatched chicks. idunno.gif

It is my understanding that this is the largest hatch a long yet. If we can get more sponsors and prizes for the next one, it will probably be even larger. Sponsors pay attention: Your sales will got up as we start a shark like frenzy to get your cool gadgets. Please donate prizes lau.gif

Thanks Mahonri and all of your helpers. This was great fun.

2955 at the current moment. It can obviously change as soon as someone else reports (late).

Congratulations to Silky Mom!

I want to thank Mahonri, SCG, Kathyinmo, the Sherriff, Laree (and anyone else who was working so hard behind the sceene to make this happen) on all the hard work and dedication it took to make this such a fun hatch along.  The contests, prizes, helpful advice and hugs were well worth the blood, sweat and tears you all must have endured. This was the biggest and most enjoyable hatch I have been involved in.  You all desterve a TON of clap.gif

I bow.gif to the amount of coordination it took to keep things going for MONTHS!

BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mahonri, don't worry about how you will feel about doing next year's NYD hatch.  I hear it's like labor pains, you forget the pain in just enough time to do it again. wink.png

Ditto to all of the above. Congrats to the winners and BIG thanks to Mahonri and his crew. This was awesome!

Ron's point to our lovely sponsors about the feeding frenzy is very true. I personally bought a new thermometer and a new incubator. I now have the Eco-Glows on my birthday wish/WANT NOW list. Hubby has been warned smile.png
