Will this work. It's George the house chicken. I decorated her cage and made her a christmas dress last year.

I have this on imageshack and can't figure how to put it here. Maybe this one will work.

I've not had that yet, but I just did a small test run today. Let me know if you figure it out so I can check my settings. :)

Hi, could someone put me on the map?  I tried and can't make it work...  I need to be right smack in the center of California near Fresno.  Thanks!

OMG! You guys are killing me.

I have been mostly asleep all day. I can barely move. I haven't even beem out to add water and feed  in the brooder and my arm is aching. What do I do when I have the strength to fet up for just a bit? I catch up on this thread. Was worried I'd have too many posts to read by tomorrow.

Oh and Laree I love the cupcakes. Sounds like something I'd do.

There's an auction 2 blocks from my house. Tomorrow is auction day, but never have eggs and people out here are tight with their eggs.

Razadia! I have a Kelso roo over Hatch and Johnny Jumper hens For some reason, they aren't laying right now and all the other breeds have been starting up. Anyway when they do, maybe I can send you a few. Sure hope I have some of them for this hatch too.

OK, back to the couch and my pillows and blanky. Wish I hadn't missed the appointment for my cast by 24hrs. To much give in this splint I think.

Spot marked and no need for a paper towel.

Goodness, I'm away a couple of  hours and it takes me an hour to catch up.

Yes my son returned from the wilds of AZ and can't wait to go camping again.  He has an AWESOME scoutmaster.

Yes, I am an enabler... I spread chicken joy far and wide, with the exception of the backyard neighbors who are just cranky sometimes.

Bootzie... want to come to Phoenix the end of April and take home a puppy?,.... Our Golden Retriever  hooked up with a gorgeous Chocolate Lab and is due the 29th of February. If they are born on Leap Year, how do they age in doggy years?  LOL

I've got the day from hades scheduled tomorrow. EVERYONE and their relative had to get in... cuz it's their day off to see the dentist... I hope at least one or two thinks... "crap, why did I schedule an appointment on my day off" and cancels!

Maybe someone could set up a link for everyone who is going to put a camera on their bators and all the links would be on one page , then folks could set them up on multiple tabs to watch chicks come out.

I'm tired, so I hope that means I'll sleep tonight!  We are getting close to the last week of February so that means that MARCH 17TH and set day is right around the corner.

We only need 27 more participants to break last years record.  Think we can do it?... then it will be on to guessing how many total eggs were set by the hatch and then everyone recording it on the spreadsheets.

OK... enough... most of you are probably asleep just reading my LONG post.

g'nite.

If it's been cold where you are then that could be the reason they aren't laying. From what I've seen over the past couple of years (I think around 5, but it could be longer) that I've had them, they can be really really touchy when it comes to the cold. It takes a year for my pullets to start laying and 2 before they go broody for their first time. They can be a pain sometimes but I love them all them all the same.

Maybe we could swap eggs sometime? My dad is dieing for new stock. roll.png
