Mahonri's 3rd Annual, BYC Easter Hatch-a-long! - Page 458

My wife misplaced her car keys, in the house, about one month ago and hasn't been able to find them.  Went to the dealership to get a replacement.  The new key is $70 and the replacement fob (push the button to unlock/lock the door thingy) is over $100.  Consequently, we didn't order the fob!  The guy did tell us that if she finds the key before the new one comes in that he'll just keep it in stock. No, she still hasn't found'em.

That's what I'll have to do. I usually let them set for 24 hours, but 4 days I think is pushing it.

It's been pouring here, so yesterday I only got 2 eggs. Supposed to rain till next week. I sure hope they give me something. I do have eggs from this weekend, so it's not like I'll have nothing, but I was kind of looking forward to these for the hatch. I sent out 2 swaps yesterday, so they'll probably have the same problem. That or they'll be right on time.

Where do we enter the number of eggs we set? I don't see a link or form for it yet.

I most likely will be setting on Friday, will ensure all are hatched and in brooder before we take of Easter Sunday.

Never mind, think I found it on participation form. I'll fill it out when I set them.

There's so little to fear from hatching even chickens dare. In fact, it's so easy a turkey can do it.

Last year I lost my keys for a week. House, garage, car, everything. Someone sent me the St Anthony Prayer and less than 5 minutes later they literally fell out of a brand new purse I had checked at least 20 times and into my lap. To get a key made would have cost me close to $650 with the reset. As it is through the dealership it's $450. I found someone who can do it for $250, but keep putting it off because I just don't have it, but I also only got one key when I bought it. I panic when I don't have that key on me. Try the St Anthony Prayer...Hope you find them soon.

That's why I didn't ship mine out until today. I feared they would get there too soon for setting Saturday.
