Good for you! I'm glad you are enjoying it!

PS...... you can keep it there, please.

I'd like to, but the sun is out and melting the snow already.  It's all sparkly in the sunlight!  I'm happy.  It doesn't need to snow again.  I got what I wanted.  Next time it snows, it can be around the Winter Solstice.

Buncha Outdoor PET chickens, ducks, two Toulouse ganders, and four turkeys. Plus 2 wiener dogs, some bunnies and a rescue cat which owns me. Oh. And a house silkie....

We are missing about 50 participants on the spread sheet, don't forget to fill out your participation form. Leaders do you need help contacting those missing? I can send pms tomorrow from work where I can use a computer.

I will need the numbers set to announce a winner.

kvmommy,  sorry the kids gave you such a scare,  but glad they seem to be OK.

Only two of twelve eggs due to hatch tonight went to lock down,  and they are not doing anything yet. hmm.png

It's been so hot here in IL that I've already had to mow the grass.  Today it hit the 80s again,  so I planted sweet corn;  I have no idea if it will grow because it's nearly a month earlier than I've ever planted it before. [The earliest sweet corn I ever planted was on April Fools Day; it grew but was set back by cool weather,  and the corn planted three weeks later made ears as quick and bigger.]

as far as what was set.....

I have been medicated for the past week for a shoulder surgery so I was in a bit of a fog and I think I set the last batch a day early and my other ones were set a few days early so I could verify fertility.

I have in my brinsea:

9 b/b/s bantam orps (HenThymes)set on the 16th

9 standard gold laced polish (tay_boe) set on the 12th

8 blue breda fowl from my own birds (and they are all fertile!!!) set on the 12th

1 egg from my jubilee orp pullet (not sure if this is pure because the cream legbar roo was in there but the orp roo is the dom one) set on the 12th
