Hatch contestants may set up to 23 eggs.  Post a picture on set day showing the number of eggs you have set and also fill out the hatching spreadsheet with that amount. These eggs may be under a broody or in an incubator. You must post your picture and your number in the spreadsheet by Monday, March 19th to be entered in the contest. When the hatch is over, post one picture showing clearly the number of chicks you hatched and fill out the spreadsheet. You must have your pictures and spreadsheet filled out by 3 days after hatch date. Best hatch rate wins! In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen by random drawing.

Prize: a 6 month GFM"

Where do I find the hatching spreadsheet??

There is a link on post #1

Sounds like you need to check your hygrometer, that sounds suspiciously like a malfunctioning one.  Try the salt in a bag method

There is only one spreadsheet for all the contests, link is on page one.  Good luck!

Can anyone tell me, how many are too many chickens?

It's a small bunch compared to some, but I won these eggs and it's my fist time hatching so it is great for me :) I'm using a little giant still air incubator that has a turner that my dads friend gave me. I'm super excited! Love this thread! I spend so much time in it!!! :)

Congrats on the win, and good luck on your first hatch. With participants all over the world (and one insomniac thread starter) I imagine any time you have a question there will probably be someone on here to help you.

That reminds me. in the early pages you posted a pic you took of a lighthouse and I was going to ask if you would mind sharing that picture. It was so pretty I wanted to frame it and hang it in my house.

What most of us would give for odds like that!!  I had a hatch of 10 out of 12 shipped FBCMs last year and got 8 roos!!

That is when the rest of us are glad we don't live in Phoenix!!!  I am super jealous of the fresh garden veggies right now though!!

BTW I learned today that Drivers Licenses in Arizona are issued with an expiration date of Age 65 ep.gifNow I know plenty of people that are middle aged (65 +) that are excellent drivers and very responsible but the thought of some people I know in their 20s having a drivers license they don't have to renew for 40+ years is a scary thought!!!

I'm nearly terrified in parking lots when my young children are with me. THe maniacs. Often young drivers, but only 50% of the time. People around here drive like there are no rules.
