Would some of these happen to be from eggs I sent?

Thank you! Whew, got the blood work back. His white blood cells are high, vet says because he's going potty lots, he probably has a bladder infection. So, on antibiotics for 10 days. He's actually eating a little bit! He's back to following me to which ever room I'm in, but not himself as of yet. The vet says give the meds a few days and hopefully he is back to his bouncing off the walls doggy that he is. :)
I am so glad to hear that your pup is better!
It is bad enough when tragedy hits the flock, but dogs, especially inside dogs, tend to own our hearts completely.
I was worried about you and the possibility of heartache.
I'm so happy that things are looking up!!! ![]()

My best friend left her husband after he cheated on her multiple times and moved to Fla. Well, she finally started dating a great guy and was getting on her feet with the 2 kids and her husband called her. Said he was going to kill himself if she didn't come. So her and the kids came back...which is great for me. And when she got here, his Navy chief was waiting for her. Her husband was in ER and getting locked in the Psych Ward. They won't tell her what happened except that he threatened to kill himself on a couple of occasions. But her husband had multiple contusions on his face and he said they took him to the back room and told him that she and her kids were there as a surprise. He was excited and when he walked in, 3 guys from his command jumped him from behind and beat him and took him to the hospital. The hospital won't talk to her and neither will his command. But his story doesn't make sense, but then again the contusions all over his face doesn't reflect a normal submission...it looks like he really was beaten. So...I've been spending lots of time with her and her kids. Her 5 year old son has been acting soooo awful since they separated and now he's here and can't see his dad, he's even worse. I just feel soooo bad for them. I love them just as if they were my own family.
Sorry...had to vent.
I know these situations are hard and I know that it is hard to offer advice when you are not really part of the issue, but please tell her that SHE is not the reason that he is having issues, and that SHE is not the "fix." It's okay to let the children visit and support him while he is getting help. The kids don't need to see him hurt and not in control. It is okay for her to tell him that she wants him to get better for the sake of the kids, but she should not move back with him while he gets better! I have seen this happen time and time again (in my line of work) and the person who threatens to kill himself will only be harmed if the spouse comes back for that reason. He must get better to have any chance of getting her back. He must get better without her there so that he doesn't think he can only be "right" if he has her. He must get to the point that he will be okay even if she doesn't come back, before she should even entertain the idea of going back. She should only decide to go back if it is because all of his issues are behind him and he is the man he should be for himself first, and that she needs to be with. I'm sorry to butt in but I hate to see her mess up and go back because of all the drama. It would not be the right choice, I promise.

X3 (someone else wanted a white emu as well)
That would be ME!
Good news is that DH will be home on Friday next week! ![]()

I talked to USPS today. THere service could be quite a bit better . . . and I'll leave it at that for now, so I am on the look out for a regular supply of quality boxes and "major foam"--do you purchase or scavenge??
I use specially made foam from fowlrus- pm her and she'll send you some! It fits perfectly into the #4 shipping boxes you get free from the PO, which I then put into a #7 box with MORE cushioning around it. Anyone who got eggs from me have pics?
Simple: Tuna steak smeared with miso, baked. I like to leave the miso on for a couple of hours or so beforehand so the flavor really reaches in, and I love to serve it with fresh greens and lemon-almond basmati. MMMMmmmmmmm!
Perfect!! More folks!!!
I pm-ed you!
Perfect flapper!! Let's get the shots going, folks!

I don't have pics of when I opened the boxes but here is the small box (which was inside the larger box)
Here is the foam inside the box. The little inserts cusion the ends of the eggs.
And the results of such great packing
Love this pic!
