Lot line setback? Set back from a neighboring dwelling?

What is your lot line setback?  What is your set back from a neighboring dwelling?

The lot line setback is the distance that something, usually a structure, must be from the edge of the boundary of the property.  Setback from a neighboring dwelling is the distance a structure should be from, well, dwellings.  A neighboring dwelling usually refers to both your home and those of neighbors.
