Hi, do you want to petition the HOA, making a presentation that includes the San Diego change with the Urban Chicken law? It does seem really silly to not be able to have hens (even if no roosters are allowed) for eggs.Let's get together, my email is graphicillustrator@gmail.com.

I'm curious, but how has this panned out?  Did anyone get around to petitioning the HOA?  I've been searching around San Diego for homes, in particular out in the rural areas, looking for one that would accept chickens (even a roo or two), and found a house I really like within this community, but it's a huge turnoff if I can't have my chickens w/ me.  fl.gif
