I finally figured it out!!! I completely bypassed the timer and it works GREATthumbsup.gif. Off to ACE hardware for connectors etc. I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!

Mother of 2 boys, 8 horses, 4 dogs, 3 cats, 36 (now 90) laying girls, 1(now6)+ roosters and 2(+4) turkeys and wanting to expand next year!!(chickens that is)(Well already expanded lol) oh yeah and wife to one heck of a guy!!

Well it worked for one daysad.png have had so much trouble with it and don't get my emails and or phone calls returned!! Frustrating!

I will maybe add an add-a-motor to the door and hope it works?? any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated

I am not familiar with the DHA product. We recently finished our coop and installed an automatic door from chickendoors.com.  It has a sensor to open at sunrise and close at dark and runs on solar using a trickle battery.  My husband installed ours without much trouble.  It has worked flawlessly, and I can't imagine doing without it.
