Has anyone ever ordered any show quality chickens from strombergs? I'm looking to get golden laced dottes and jerseys but is it worth paying extra? I want those breeds because I find them to be beautiful, and I dont want to be disappointed. I'm worred about their egg production too. Has anyone had poor production from their stromberg birds? Am I just being silly?

You could purchase them directly from duane urch cheaper and he does have good stock. He supplies them to the hatchery from what i understand.

yes he does supply them to hatcheries and yes, you should order directly thru him instead of going to a hatchery. Save some money and the middlemen expenses.
