ok maybe a silly question but is it normal for duck eggs to have an after taste? I mean the eggs always have a funny taste and then another lingering taste stays in your mouth for a while... I thought it was strange... Didn't know if this was normal or not..

I don't judge others...

And in return appreciate not being judged...

We all make mistakes..

I have never noticed a strange after taste. I prefer duck eggs over chicken eggs they taste better to me.

Has anyone eaten goose eggs I just got my first two goose eggs And I was wondering what they taste like?

Love Thoes ducks they look their are a couple kaki or rouens and a welsh harlequin
And I am not sure about the rest

Pair of SQ silver phase Welsh Harlequins, Pair of SQ Saxony Runners, 6 Sebastopol geese & one Dewlap Toulouse Goose

Beautiful pictures!!!   LOVE the one with the 3 young 'uns running.   If you find one of your white call hens missing, DON'T look in my barn.

Lol thanks when those geese were lil babies they would fallow me around non stop, so cute! I would really notice if any of my white calls went missing lol as I only have one left and that is my Angel

I have ADD and Dyslexia, they just don't understand... Oh look, a chicken!!!
I'm in Southeast MO with my mom, dad, older sis, and cuz. At Caney Creek Farm I own a flock of 5 Silkies, a mixed flock of 5 chickens, 11 SLW chickens, 18 Call ducks, 3 dogs, 1 goose, 1 mini donkey, 2 horses, 3 bovins, 2 Kune kune hogs and 3 Guinea pigs.
