Has anyone replaced the complete thermostat switch on the 846?

Murray McMurray is where a bought my parts at. They have most of them . I just picked up new water pan at thrift store that fits .
 
I have one of these I use all the time but I would like to know how you got the egg turner to fit I have an egg turner but it won't fit
 
Hello,I know that this is an old thread but if you are still on it ,what part of okla are you from?I was born and raised in Durant Okla until 1952 and moved to San Diega Ca.and have lived here eversince.While on vacation in Durant I bought one of these Bower #846 incubators for a few dollars.Here in San Diego I hatched out pheasant,chuckar andall kinds of quail.The incubator finally turned up its toes and I have never been able to locate another.I have family in Durant II will ask to try to locate me another one.I reall enjoy the questions amd answers.I did a lot of fishing on LAKE tEXOMA nc a lot of deer hunting in the Kiamishi mountains around Antlers Okla.I miss the good ole days.Thanks

I sanded it, and put a water wiggler in it. The temperature in the water wiggler is awesome. I am having no problems with it. It looks a lot nicer too. (That's called a little bit of elbow grease)









I trust this incubator for the most part, but I like to be safe, so a smoke detector was necessary.

So does it work fine? I found one never used for 179.00
