Muscovey duck egg help

Thread Starter

My muscovey has started her small pile of eggs, she isn't setting yet and it is supposed to go down to 10 degrees tonight, what do I do, if they freeze, they won't hatch when she is ready, her friend is sitting on 10 chicken eggs and 2 duck eggs, didn't realize she was broody, until I took most of the eggs,

so do I put them under the other duck, do I bring them in, and wait till she decides to set, argh, I want a couple of baby ducks this year.

They should have several clutches each year. Yours are laying their first clutch for the year.  Personally, I am collecting all eggs for us to eat and sell.  I will allow them to lay on a future clutch when it gets warmer.
