Black one is 9 days old, brown one 8 days old. Huge differance in feather growth, look at wings, shoulders, tail. . . does this mean that the brown one is a roo?

Too early to tell sex right now but my males grew feathers much slower than the females especially the tail feathers.  Also My Males were very colorful when they started getting feathers.
