Does anyone know where I can buy some emu hatching eggs? I live in Ohio and would love to be able to pick some up but shipping is fine too. I do want to try to get as close to ohio as possible though.. So if anyone knows of some for sell let me know! :)

P.S I know they are on Ebay buy I don't want to buy from there because of the distance. Thanks again!

Are you close to Cumberland, OH? If so I know of a breeder there, that's where I picked my 5 up from. Let me know if interested & I'll pm you her info.

No she doesn't have a website, I found her through eBay but she doesn't sell eggs on there to often so its easier to just call her. My eggs from her are on day 7 & she's really nice, eeven collected them for a week so I could get as much as possible. :)

Hi,
I sell emu eggs from my little ranch in Monterey County, CA. We have 7 newly laid ones up for auction on eBay at this time. They usually go for $30-35 each and shipping is flat rate Priority USPS at $15.00 for a large box that can hold three. I can sell privately also and always pack them double-boxed to try to ensure a safe travel. We're pretty sure of our fertility as we've personally hatched our entire gang of emus -- 15 mature adults and 12 adolescents coming into their first year. Please see my ads on eBay or send me a PM and I'll get right back to you. Thanks so much!

For those of you who are thinking about sending eggs to another country.. please make sure you have all the needed permits/paperwork.. i would hate to see y'all get into trouble with the government for not having all your paperwork.
I know some places also require the recipient to have paperwork in hand as well.. so be sure to check with the regulations for where you live.

Metzer Farms lists some of the info on their website in relation to ducklings and hatching eggs.. so I'm sure emu eggs would also need to have the appropriate paperwork
