BCM coughing/squawing??? Need Help

I noticed yesterday my BCM kind of coughing/squawing like she had something caught in her throat. Today, same thing. What can I do? She is my last BCM and I don't want to lose her. Advise me please. Additional info: No one else in the coop is doing this. She was eating yesterday but haven't seen her doing so today.

Gapeworm?

I've heard that Gapeworm is spread through ingestion of slugs, worms, spiders, etc. It's winter here in Nova Scotia so none of these creatures are available for them to eat. Anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks
