Hi and welcome to BYC from northern Michigan frow.gif

Home of the world's cutest dachshund, one crazy blue heeler, two cats,
one fat pony, and many (but not too many!) chickens

Can anyone tell me, how many are too many chickens?

I am learning about raising chickens and am very excited. I live in a small house in CA but am moving to a bigger one and am excited because I might be able to start raising chickens. I am still learning and I really like bantam silkies. I love the frizzled cochin bantams, too and am excited to get choose more birds and eventually find a group of loving little birds to become friends with. This will be an adventure and am happy to see that there are more people who like chickens as pets.

Just dropping in to say hello.

We have a house full of animals ourselves.  1 mutt, 1 rabbit, 4 cats, 4 turtles, and soon a box of chicks!

Butternut squash is such a let down.  No butter.  No nuts.  Just squash.
