I called ScaredofShafows' partner and she said she hasn't been able to get on BYC because of password issues. I e-mailed the info and she said she will send eggs out.

Anybody else?

One of mine arrived to their new owners broken. Well half of them where. The box was smashed. I think they need re-educated on what FRAGILE and PRIORITY means. It doesn't mean to act like Ace Ventura Pet Detective either. I had gotten some eggs in other swaps and bought some and out of the several boxes I had 3 boxes with broken eggs and 2 with egg dripping out of it. My mail lady apologized profusely but it wasn't their fault. She knows what a loss it is when I get broken eggs or lost boxes. She loves seeing the silkies in the yard when she pulls up to deliver boxes. It always brins a smile to her day. She said broken eggs are dead babies and she hates to have to bring me a box with egg dripping out or smashed boxes.

The PO still hasn't managed to READ town and state on the box and direct it to the address. Hasn't been an update on the website since the17th. The zip provided to me wasn't correct, but you think the PO would have said something about it.  With all the eggs I sent they always type the zip code into their computer and and it tells them the town and state as well as the cost of shipping.  I have even been told the zip was wrong on one occasion and had them fix while I was standing  there.  I wonder if I will get the box back?

Sorry you didn't get your eggs for the Easter hatch.  They should be there by tomorrow. big_smile.png

I get lots of practice packing, and DH brings home lots of stuff they get at work that would go in the landfill so I reuse it. Hope those eggs hatch for you. Deb
