It is too bad you have had problems. I live in western NC and had 27 chicks arrive this morning. I got my shipping notice from McMurray on Sunday and got a call from the post office at 8 am before they even opened Monday morning. All my chicks were in good shape--their cheeping was very loud in the post office. Because of the low temperatures, I feared that I would lose some.
