Wow, to see a picture of a real bird with the pattern is so neat. I hope someone else pops in with pictures of these patterns.

I hope so too because the real bird always looks a little different then the drawing.

I will try to bring her in the house and take a picture tomorrow. In the sun the pictures don't turn out very well.

I'm so excited! Good luck getting a photo lol. My chicken are always so energetic when I bring out the camera, zipping around and refusing to cooperate.

There was a breeder from Australia that posted pics on the cornish thread I think, I know he also posts on the-coop too, he has lavender laced gold cornish and some other lavender projects

Thanks! She's beautiful. I just love orpingtons. The lemon and the lavender look very nice together.

I actually prefer the black orpingtons over all the other colors. I wanted to do isabel laced because I bought a bunch of lavenders and then decided I didn't really care for just that color on a bird. I haven't sold any project birds other than lavender.
