Brought chicks home tonight!

Well, our first laying flock experiance didn't go to great.  Between 5 out of 6 being roos, and predators that made heads disappear, we learned alot.  This year we couldn't decide where to pick up chicks, turns out the local feed and seed had the breeds we wanted!  So here are our sweets:

4 Buff orps (I love this breed)

4 Black austrolorps

2 easter eggers

If I don't do them *right this moment* they never get done.  I have a recorder and camera that travel with me at all times :)

The four buffs orps are a week older then the other 6, anyone forsee any issues?  I figure that as long as they don't start pecking or hoarding the resources they should be alright...?

My 4 Delaware chicks are around 2.5 weeks old. My 2 Silkies are 4 days old and we're not having any problems. My partridge Silkie picks on the Dels more than anything. Cute pics! Thanks for sharing!
