So happy!

Last summer when the girls first started laying they were inconsistent and only about 4 were laying, then over the winter they didn't lay at all, now that it's late winter turning into spring they have really picked up the pace! just over about the past month the other 2 birds have started laying, even the bantam polish. Over the past month we we have also gotten 2 double yolkers! 

my new rule: If one's a roo, replace it with two!

FANTASTIC aaFantastic Job.gif It is the nicer weather coming on. Mine are at it again too better the weather better the egg production I think!!

The increasing daylength affects hormonal levels thereby increasing egg production.
