Those are huge birds! Getting some eggs from FD and Moby...gonna have to hit you up as well sometime...Looking forward to getting the lunkers. How difficult do you think it would be to breed that large framed wild color bird with other color patterns to get multiple colors that breed true, but in the super sized package?

I've got birds and lots of 'em! Chickens, Peafowl, Pheasants, Quail....

My apologies if you don't get my sense of humor...

Why don't sheep shrink in the rain?

Why is there brail at drive up ATMs??

Why are their floatation devices instead of parachutes in my airplain seat???

If a tree falls in the woods and my husband doesn't hear it, am I still wrong????

Sadly, only 4 out of 30 ebay eggs.  I needed the new stock, but it didn't work out this time.  UPS or bad eggs?  who knows!  They wern't actually due until tonight, so we'll see.  I don't expect any though.  Seems to me they all pop at once most of the time.

Birdboy82- It's a great start! Years ago...I only started with 6 Pharaoh colored ones...heck, you already got 3 types going! Post some pics sometime

Marty- I normally wait until day 21 to turn my incubator off...sometimes with even slight variations it can throw a whole hatch off by a day or two.

Eyeheartquail- day 4, but it's still pretty exciting! Anytime you have fuzzies in the oven is a good thing...be sure to keep us updated throughout you process.

Thanks for telling me.  I was only going to give them until day 19, but I don't have another hatch due for 2 weeks, so maybe I'll let them hang a little longer.  (do you turn them once after 3 days?  I put them in lockdown early day 15.

I just put in two dozen more also.  I've got turkey due 3 days before these go in lockdown.  Hope they are on time so I can sterilise the hatcher for the next quail.
