Law School Graduates Sue Law School - Page 4

I agree  I as an EMT went to a STNA cert program cuz they made more money per hour and got benefits - The only correction I'd make is that neither degree is ever granted - I worked darn hard to get an EMT cert and have watched several friends go to law school I know they had hardships during that time --  I think that the case has merit - Not liking this profession doesn't mean that the school had a right to mislead the  people entering  -- I see that a majority are like me and not naturally smart I have to work at studying - I guess I really see it as dream stealing People think they are signing on to get a better life for them and their family  they do the work graduate only to find out that there aren't jobs to even interview for . or they are lied to about starting wages - Look at the change in LPN training It is now also handled at Occupational Colleges 25,000 in debt and in our area we are flooded   w/Nurses.  The starting  wages have dropped but you may not find out as your signing your student loan papers.

Truth in recruitting is hopefully what the result of the suit will be -

Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton agreed on little publicly, but they did agree that when the public treasury becomes a public trough and the voters recognize that, they will send to government only those who promise them a bigger piece of the pie

I was accepted to Gozaga Law School.  They were very clear.  "If you are not driven to be an attorney, if it was not always a burning desire in you; do not apply."

They still crank out more unemployed attorneys than you can imagine.  Spokane is FULL of out of work attorneys.

You have to be social, driven, easy to get along with and hard working, to make it.  Or you can try to start your own firm, but then... see the previous sentence.
