He's baaaaaack!

Ugh that nasty hawk is back! He's a huge Cooper Hawk and he landed on my fence this afternoon and watched my girls (who where safe in their coop and run).  Its too bad it was such a beautiful day and they were just about to enjoy some free time when I spotted him.  somad.gif

Electric fencing is only effective if they touch the "hot" wire AND something else connected to the ground at the same time.
 

Unless the wires are very closely spaced, a hawk would just go between them.

Netting of some sort would work a lot better

 

Plus they already said the birds were "safe in the coop and run", so it sounds like it may already be covered
