Chick, can only use one leg

We ordered some chicks and after we got them we noticed one can't use one of its legs....It can hop around ok but i am concerned because it is a brahma...is there any way to help it?

it isnt splayed leg...he just doesnt use one of his legs...i will go and take a pic

Sorry the pic isnt the best(he kept moving...) He doesnt put any weight on it but he can move it...
