Hello..... New guy here from upstate NY.

Hello everyone. Great site with alot of great information. Im from a little town in upstate where a year ago my wife, daughter and myself just go our dream home on 33 acres.  On this property was a chicken coupe and my wife insisted on getting chickens, which i was totaly against at first but then i gave in. I started with 12 chickens from a local auction and now im just starting to hatch my own. This hobby is very addicting.  hahah.  I bought 4 incubators with turners and we just put in our first batch today.  We cant wait for the days to fly by.  If anyone has any first timer info for me please dont be afraid to pass it along. Thanks in advance.

Daria: Could you possibly be referring to the harsh light of reality?
