Cutest alarm clock...

now she just needs to learn to tell time...

Now I understand the frustration some cat owners have in the morning.

Then she was no help making the bed after waking me up.

Oh, the precious ducky face in the morning!

I'm impressed you have the camera ready!

Our ducks spend the night in the basement when it's below freezing outside.  That helps especially when it's very snowy, and late in the winter when the predators become more desperate.

That means they can hear our every word and footstep.  I tiptoe around in the morning sometimes, so as not to disturb them.  But one creaky floorboard and they are calling "good morning!  Let us outside!"

Looking for ducks?  Please consider adopting rescued ducks.  There are many places and people who do rescues, but we are not allowed to post the links due to BYC regs.  So fire up your web browsers and find some sweet, grateful duckies.

Yeah,I'm barely functioning at the time she wakes me up. My iPhone alarm is set on my nightstand & when it goes off it quacks,so I guess she likes the noise & I just recorded with my phone big_smile.png

Try explaining to people with out ducks just how cuddly they can get.

Daisy scooting me off of MY bedDrowsy ducky

I got out of the shower & she was under the covers quietly "woot!woot!' -ing. Like a soft laugh or giggle. What a dork! I don't know if she thought she was hiding or what.

Peek-a-Boo!

"Who's a silly duck?"

Huh?

Thank you!

No she's not potty trained, she just wears a diaper I made for her whenever she's out & around the house. It is fun having her around the house, she follows me around like a puppy wagging her tail.
