Add some more pics when the chickens are enjoying it.  I like your litter box idea for the nest boxes, and one could even add multiple shelves of these...

You have brown-egg layers and blue-egg layers. Maybe you could add a couple of hens that lay white eggs, then you will have a nice variety of egg colors.

Have you decided on which aviary netting you plan on using?

I'm at that stage where I need to do a little research to find the best for strength & longevity myself.
