Recipes made of just the yolk?

We know a lot of recipes call for just the whites, so what can I make with just yolks so they don't go to waste?

Hollandaise sauce for Asparagus.  Or you could just throw them in with some other eggs to make extra yellow scrambled eggs.

Traditionally, when an Angel Food cake is made (10 whites), the yolks are used to make a pound cake.

 

You can make mayonnaise with just the yolks.

 

With just 2-3 yolks, I add them back into the mixture for a quiche and make that with extra egg yolks in it.

 

If you break them, you can freeze them to use later.

I'm making a sponge cake to use up the yolks, then making an angel food cake with the whites.. I have a bunch of duck eggs to use up.. recipe is in the " My Pet Makes Me Breakfast" cookbook from BYC...
