Its not that hard to do.  What are your specific questions?

Things you will need are;
hot water heater lower thermostat $10.00
light fixture for lamp $3.00 (free if you already have an old lamp)
6' extension cord $4.00 (free if you already have one)
wire screen $ ?
water bottles
aluminum foil
these are for a still air incubator if you want a circulated air incubator you will also need;
computer fan
12v inverter

there are many videos on you tube that show how to build incubators and if you have any specific questions i would be glad to help as best i can.
