My father owns a pizza restaurant here in Connecticut (Greek style pizza). Less then 10 years my dad will retire and I would like to start my pizza restaurant with the great Connecticut Greek style pizza in the south.. I hear the south has garbage pizza, so I was thinking about opening in North or South Carolina or Tennessee.
Would this be a good idea? Or do people from the south perfer garbage franchise pizza?
"Bless his heart" is what my mamma would have said.
Folks will overlook a lot and might be more receptive to a new biz that has a banner hanging up somewhere that says, "I ain't from the South but I got here as fast as I could."
I'd like to see "a mess" of pizza as a menu item.
