Chick with watery, bubbly eye

I noticed some fuzz dried up in his eye and wiped it off and a few minutes later is was watering and kind of bubbling. What's wrong? He shakes his head a lot and walks funny with his head cocked to one side. 

1 RIR rooster, 1 RIR hen, 1 White Leghorn hen, 1 Gold Barnevelder hen, 1 bantam rooster, 1 bantam hen,  lots of chicks with more on the way, one black lab mix puppy, Maggie (or Maggot, if she's bad), 1 happily un-pregnant tortoise shell cat, Jack, 6 kittens, and 1 rabbit (That until 2-28-12 we thought was a boy...).

It sounds like it may have some kind of eye infection hu.gif

I've been reading about eye infections. I'm going to use a saline rinse I think.

I think I should separate her but I don't have any other way other than the heat lamp to keep her warm. I'm using the heating pad on another sick chick. :\
