About 1 week ago i noticed my blue bantam sitting a lot. My chickens have recently had a respiratory infection and receiving antibiotic treatment so I though perhaps she was feeling a little under the weather. Today I spent a lot more time observing her and she seems to have a bit of a limp and reluctant to place weight on her left foot. Still getting around ok but rests a lot. She can run and flap her wings and get up onto a perch etc. I cant specifically recall her jumping from a large height to cause injury. I have had a good look at the leg which appears normal. She did pull it away from me a little when testing pushing her foot towards her and pulling away. I have noticed that the foot is not curling as much as the other when on a perch or when I have been trying to check her legs. Could she just be reluctant due to pain of an injury or is it early paralysis due to Mareks? Is there any kind of test to confirm or preferably rule out Mareks??
Mareks or just a leg injury??

she seems to be holding her leg up more today so I'm not sure if that's a good or bad sign but she is still getting ip and sitting on her perch. How should I be treating for injury? I have her confined today with lots of soft straw and covered the cage so it's dark and she will sleep rather than stress from being away from the others. Anything else I should do??
