I would guess the black ones are cuckoo maran or barred rocks.

I've got 2 cats, Dyllen and Star. I have 17 chickens; 3 BLRW, 3 mutts, 2 EEs, 2 White Rock roosters, 1 RIR, 1 White Leghorn, 1 Red Star, 1 Golden Campine, 1 unknown hen, 1 Partridge cochin, and 1  Golden Polish. I also have 1 Swedish/Black Indian Runner laying on 8 eggs.

It looks very much like a cochin peep to me....

Thank you all for i.d.ing my chickens. Do you know if either of these breeds may be known for sitting? Or, known for not sitting? Or if my roos just happen to be the loudest by breed? This was a private, I know a guy kinda thing and they came with shots for the price. They are all super friendly and eat out of my hand. I've never had such friendly chickens. We always raised for meat and left a few for eggs. They were very stupid.

I'll post better pictures after they've grown.

I would be honored for anyone to consider them your  adopted BlogFlock!

I didn't see the feathered shanks, so yes, looks like a cochin.  And cochins are known for being great sitters.
