When I spray the walls of the chicken coop should I hose it off because e-how doesn't say anything about it. Thanks

spraying with what?   To disinfect, I use Oxine, spray enough to wet the walls, floor, roosts, poop boards.  Then allow to dry before letting the chickens back in. Never had a problem with Oxine.

If you've never used it , google it.  Great stuff. A quart will go a long way as most solutions are 2 oz per ga/water, not using the activator.  I only use the activator when doing a heavy disinfect.
