seem like a good breed, if i had the room i would probably raise a batch of them they seem like they would be a good 4h starter show bird...considering i dont see many of this breed in my class...

Re-creating mixed breeds is always a crapshoot. I'll bet even his full brother didn't look just like him. So, your chances of "replacing" him are slim. I'd just keep looking for a friendly rooster that treats the ladies well.

Well, the kittens aren't so cute anymore and the easter egger cockerels are in the freezer. Plus, I think offering them as "prizes" scared folks off! So, I'm still posting quotes, if you know it let me know. I'm very enamored of this new one, it may hang around for a while!
