Marty, your toulouse egg looks like it is FINALLY getting its act together.  It usually takes about 24 hours from when you see shadowing in back of air cell to beginning internal pip process. The baby will cross over the back of day 21 line a lot more too.  What is up with your sebbie eggs?  Are they looking like the toulouse?

Goosed, your baby is precious!!!! love.gif

You know, Iain, I didn't candle them.  hide.gif  I will in a bit.  We've just gotten home, and they (not I for once) are cooking for us.  I'm gonna eat some link sausage and french toast, followed by candy, pop, and ice cream (what we all gave up for lent).  Then, I'll check the sebbies, and grab some photos.

Good deal.  Sounds like a plan, Marty.

By the way, I hope everyone is ready to receive eggs tomorrow for our new hatch-along!

Goosed, you're silly!  You hatched one gosling and now you're an addict like us!!

By the way, sorry I know you told me before, but what breed is your new baby?

Ester has some fluid coming from her nose. It's clear. Is this normal for just hatching?

Yep, I'm definitely becoming a hatch-a-holic! This is awesome!

She is a Pilgrim, from my own geese. I feel like a proud grandparent! I raised her parents from around a week old, and it's so cool to see them have a baby. I can't imagine then what it will be like when my kids have babies! th.gif
