Separation is normal and EXPECTED in HP batches!! I won't mold an HP batch until it reaches separation and I can stir it back together. Then turn off the heat and add the EO/FO when it cools.
For molding HP in a Vertical mold, plop a bit in, then bang the mold down. * Plop a bit more soap and band the soap. * Repeat from * to * until all soap is molded!
