Planning to hatch French Black Copper Maran Chicks for April (I put some in the incubator, and they are supposed to hatch the beginning of April and some are about to put in the incubator.) This is the first time I have hatched purebred French Black Copper Marans all of the adults have feathers on their legs, but there maybe some chicks that will not have feathers on their legs. So I will sell the ones without feathers on their legs for $4.00 ea. The ones with feathers on their legs will be $5 each(St.Run). They lay dark brown eggs and our hens have copper on their necks.This is a reservation for our chicks since they are not hatched yet. The pictures are of our beautiful breeding hens, rooster, and our eggs!
Note: I do not ship. The farm are located in Southwest Virginia.
I just had 15 chicks come out of Leghorn,Maran and Easter Egger eggs. The roosters to the chicks are Marans and Easter Eggers.(so there is possible olive egger, easter egger, and mixed leghorn chicks) The ones that came out of the Leghorn eggs have dalmatian spots on them! (The last 3 pictures are of the chicks that just hatched and a EE hen. $2.00 ea for the Mixed breed chicks.
